Every workspace has two fully isolated environments: test and live. Templates, flows, segments, contacts, events, and analytics are completely separate between them. You build and verify everything in test mode — which sends real emails to verified team addresses — then clone to live with one click when ready. Test/live isolation is included on all plans, including Free.

Email, push notifications, web push, and in-app messaging are all live today. Email, push, and in-app ship on every plan including Free; web push is included from Starter up. Push ships with native iOS and Android SDKs, and in-app ships with a themeable browser UI Kit — every channel runs on the same flow engine, template language, and analytics as email. SMS and WhatsApp are available on higher tiers. Both require a one-time carrier registration step before you can send — SMS needs A2P 10DLC approval from your carrier, and WhatsApp needs an approved WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and message template. The flow builder, consent handling, and suppression logic are ready the moment your registration clears.

Neither. Push is part of the platform. Every plan, including Free, ships with push at the same channel surface as email — same flow builder, same NLT template language, same delivery logs, same analytics. The Free tier includes 1,000 active devices and 10,000 pushes per month, scaling on every paid tier. There is no per-channel surcharge and no per-MAU multiplier.

Yours. You upload your own APNs .p8 token-auth key and your own FCM service account JSON in the dashboard. Pushes go out from your Apple Developer team and your Firebase project, carrying your bundle identifier and sender ID — the ones your users already see in their notification settings. Credentials are encrypted at rest with envelope encryption and decrypted only inside the push send worker.

Pricing adjusts automatically based on your location. Visitors from Vietnam see prices in VND. All other visitors see USD. The features and limits are identical regardless of currency.
