Synapse is a product of PYRX Technologies. We started building it because we needed event-driven email automation that marketing teams could own — without waiting on engineering for every template change.
The problem we set out to solve
Most customer communications platforms force a choice. Either your marketing team gets a drag-and-drop editor with limited logic, or your engineering team writes Jinja2 templates that nobody else can maintain.
We watched marketing teams file tickets for every template change. We watched developers spend hours debugging curly-brace syntax errors. We watched companies pay for enterprise platforms and use 10% of the features.
Synapse is the product we wished existed: a platform where templates read like English, flows trigger from real business events, and the whole team — from developer to marketer — can own the customer communication lifecycle.

We publish our changelog with every release. We document our architecture decisions. We price transparently — no “contact us for pricing” on any plan except Enterprise. When we say a feature exists, you can verify it.
